What's In My Sketch Baggie?

So I am an artsy person. You should probably know that. When ever I leave the house, I bring at least 3 things: my cell phone, my sketchbook and my sketch baggie. Not my wallet because sometimes I don't need any money or member cards. So I may as well tell you what I keep in my bag because I feel that it is filled with the essentials!
  • Mechanical Pencil. This is a lot easier to erase so it is perfect for sketching the outlines. I use the Bic #2 pencil.
  • Drawing Pencil 4B. This is good because it is an essential art pencil. Easiest to use in different ways and I always use it after sketching with the mechanical. I use the U.S.A. Solid Drawing Pencil G.P.C. #66
  • Ebony Drawing Pencil. This is the softest and darkest graphite you can use. It is good for shading and can get very black. I use the Prismacolor Ebony Pencil-Jet black, Extra Smooth
  • Plastic Eraser. An all purpose pencil for erasing pencil. I use the Staedtler Mars Plastic, Latex-Free for when I travel.
  • Kneadable Eraser. You can shape it and mold it until it is the perfect shape. I don't use it often but I have the Artist's Loft brand.
  • Pencil Sharpener. You have pencils, thus you need a sharper. I got mine for 67 cents at Target.
  • A Multicolor Pen. Sometimes I want to use color or pen and this is a cute one with kittens so why not?
So that's what I have! Hope you enjoyed!

Oil Painting Starter Kit

So I have just started an oil painting unit in my art class and I always loved the idea but I never learned how. I am in love! I cannot think of any media that I love more! I was told what we need to start at home and I thought it would be fun to share!
  • Oil Paints: Obviously if you want to oil paint you need paint. Getting a few good quality oil paints is better than getting a really inexpensive kit with 30 colors. This will be a good choice to get plenty of white because the colored pigments go a long way when mixing! Quality before quantity!
  • Paint Brushes: As soon as a brush touches oil paints, it has to be used for oil painting. It will not work for watercolor of acrylics because those are water-soluble, and oils and water don't mix. This should take most of you budget just getting quality brushes.
  • Brush Roll: I can show you guys how to make your own brush roll to keep you expensive oil brushes in! It is extremely cheap and cute and easy to do!
  • Palette: You do not need to spend more that a couple bucks. Do not use plastic though (the Turpenoid with eat through it)! Just get a piece of glass like from a frame and put masking take around the edges and voila! You have a pocket friendly palette!
  • Metal Palette Knife: This can help you mix colors and even paint! It isn't an extreme necessity but it does make it easier! Make sure it is metal though because the Turpenoid will eat through the plastic ones! You only need one palette knife.
  • Turpenoid: Not Turpentine! Turpenoid is the odorless paint thinner for artists! It makes the paints more smooth and liquidy but it takes a lot longer to dry.
  • Canvas or Wallpaper: I am not really sure what else would be appropriate to paint on but I have seen these work!
I can do more in depth posts about the paintbrushes, paints, and other stuff!

November '12 Favorites

So for my weekly post, I am doing a November favorites because it is easy and simple to get me back in the groove!  What are your favorites for the month of November?

  1. Maybelline Dream Liquid Mousse Foundation: This has been so nice to my skin in this super dry season we are going through! It blends well and stays on when set with a powder. The coverage is about medium so its not really heavy but it does hide small blemishes and helps the dark circle under my eyes.
  2. Covergirl LashBlast 24HR Mascara in Very Black: If you do not have a good makeup remover, do not get this. It will never come off! It is not even water proof and it stays forever! Only one makeup remover has gotten it completely off (Up and Up Eye Makeup Remover) and then one is ok (Neutrogena Waterproof Makeup Remover Cream). It does not clump or flake though so that is a plus!
  3. E.L.F. Brightening Eye Quad in Day 2 Night: This has a pale, golden yellow, a deep burgundy/berry, a forest green, and a shimmery golden bronze. These are the perfect colors for Fall and Winter. It was only a dollar and makes great looks from natural to dark and smoky.
  4. Essence Gel Liner in Night in Paris: Black gel liner that is smooth and has not dried out yet.  It is manageable and stays on all day! It is perfect for the super thick winged eyeliner that I have been loving all month!
  5. Baby Lips By Maybelline: I have gotten 3 (Coral Crush, Twinkle, Hot Pink) this month and love them all. Sadly my dog loved Twinkle so much that she ate it. They are so moisturizing and it is saturated with color that lasts at least an hour if not more! The coral and Twinkle are limited edition though so if you want them, Hurry!
  6. N.Y.C. Translucent Loose Powder: This is what I use to set my foundation everyday so I am running low. As soon as I am done with this, I am going to use E.L.F. HD Powder in Translucent when I need to use it.
I know I don't have many but if you want reviews or tutorials on anything, just post requests! I will get to it as soon as possible! <3>

Review: Nyx Nude on Nude Pallete

Price: $25 @ Ulta.  20 eyeshadows, 10 lip colors.

http://www.fablesinfashion.com/

Here is the packaging on the outside. There are ten little windows that show the top row of eyeshadows. The packaging has held up really nicely and very sturdy!
http://www.makeuptalk.com/

There are 20 eyeshadows and ten lip colors in a little drawer. The colors are actually very saturated and last fairly long. The light ones turn to shimmer and the darker ones fade a bit after a while.  They have a pleasant smell and are not too gloopy :) I wont go into the individual colors because I don't use them enough to go any further.

www.makeupbyzee.blogspot.com
(Numbers are going left to right, top row first then bottom)
1. A satin finish beige with a sheen to it
2. A shimmering champagne
3. A satin finish dusty mauve
4. A metallic medium light bronze
5. A matte ivory
6. A satin taupe
7. A shimmery grayish taupe
8. A chocolate brown with gold glitters (not chunky)
9. A shimmery gray
10. A shimmery black
11. A matte white
12. A pale satin mauvey champagne
13. A metallic copper
14. A sheer gray blue
15. A deep chocolate brown
16. A gray with a little taupe
17. A nearly metallic shimmery pink champagne
18. A metallic bronzey brown with copper reflects
19. A matte cool bown
20.A satin silver

Pros: pigmented, soft, blendable, long wearing(w/primer), not flaky, easy to work with. Cons: Number 14, a grayish blue, is a bit sheer but it builds up easily. Total: 10/10

Strawberrie Stuff is Back and Better

Hey everyone! I know...it has been forever! High school is so much harder than I thought. I really want to have good information for you guys but that takes time, which I don not have any! I recently got a laptop from Black Friday shopping and thought "What the heck? I may as well try at least once a week." That will give me some time to get ideas and make sure quality is all that is there!

Thanks for not giving up on me, you guys!  I won't be able to do the requests from before because most of them are for back to school time, so make sure you request some new posts and stuff! I will also have a lot more dance related things but that will be extra to my weekly post. BTW, I am officially on pointe and already have my second pair of pointe shoes! I love it!

So make sure you comment a request or tip, follow and tell your friends that I am back! <3 p="p">

(Almost) Melt-Proof Makeup

For Camp, I decided to make a melt proof routine. Here are the products I used to create it!
  1. ELF Tinted Moisturizer in Porcelain: This doesn't sweat off and creates a wonderful base for the other products.
  2. Cover Girl Smoothers Concealer: I put this on any blemishes that are very obvious.
  3. Sheer Cover Concealer Duo in Light/Medium: This  goes under the eyes for my dark circles.
  4. ELF Clarifying Pressed Powder in Ivory: A powder foundation makes everything stay extremely well and covers anything else.
  5. NYX Blush in Peach: A little blush never hurt anyone!
  6. Maybelline Define-a-Brow Pencil in Blonde and Essence Clear Brow Gel: This brow routine lasts all day and looks amazing!
  7. Maybelline 24hr Cream Gel Eyeshadow in Bold Gold: Simple but put together and brings out my blue eyes!
  8. Essence Gel Eyeliner in the darkest shade: A nearly invisible line to enhance my eyes a little more. It is water proof and doesn't come off easily!
  9. Loreal Carbon Black Mascara: Doesn't flake or rub off unless I am swimming there is none of that in camp. Also waterproof.
  10. Neutrogena Lip Balm, Norwegian Formula: A healing and clear formula that wont look as weird as putting lip stick on! Also, it cant smear when I dance.
What are your favorite melt proof products???

Glam Bag! June 2012

So I know I dont have a May GB but that is because they never sent it to me. Thankfully they didnt charge either. This GB was one of my favorites!
  • NYX Round Lipstick in Orange Soda-A pale creamy orange that looks so natural when it is blended out. It makes blue eyes pop! I never would have bought it so this was a blessing!
  • (no) frizz Living Proof Nourishing Styling Cream- I use anti-frizz cream nearly everyday! So new things are welcome!
  • Philosophy: Take a Deep Breath- I think this is a moisturizer but I have always wanted to try Philosophy!
  • Marbella Permanent Eyeliner Pen in 30-Eyeliner is one of my favorite things in the world! This says it is not safe for contact lenses but it didn't bother me. It lasts very very long!
It was small but the lipstick and eyeliner are great and the other two are things I am always up for trying! Much Love!!!

Yummy Nummy: Nacho Salad

This is one of my favorite meals! My mom and I came up with this and we love it so much! You will need: ground beef (turkey or chicken work too), Greek yogurt, lettuce, onion, cucumber, 2 bell peppers, shredded cheese, bowl, knife, plate and fork.
STEPS:
  1. Brown meat and onions and add spices like garlic, onion powder, and other mexican style spices.
  2. Cut lettuce larger than shreds but smaller than pieces.
  3. Peel the cucumber and wash the peppers; cut into bite size pieces and put in bowl.
  4. Shred the cheese.
  5. After serving some, add a bit of meat and cheese and a dallop of Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
  6. Enjoy your balanced and delicous meal!
So tell me if you like it! I love you guys! <3

My Favorite cutepolish Videos!

"cutepolish" is my favorite nail artist on YouTube. Here are the links to my favorite designs.
I love how short and easy all of her designs are! I love how they dont need to be certain colors. The prom nails would look great with green or red! Some things like the Stormtrooper and Moustache cant easily be different colors, but the cupcake and plaid can be different colors for different holidays or moods.

Accomplished Item # 30-34 (+3)

This is the first time I am doing an Accomplished Item with followers so I will give you a few links! Here is the list of books I got from a friend. This is the list of movies I got from a friend! Have you read any of the books on the list?

30. Pirates! by Celia Rees-This book was really good! I loved the ending because it isn't a fairy tale ending but it is suspenseful and sweet! It was pretty long with 47 chapters and 379 pages. It has a little glossary in the back and was surprisingly easy to follow! I really recommend this fictional "biography" of a female pirate! 10/10
31. The Two Princesses of Bamarre by Gail Carson Levine-A lovely story that is easy to read and fast paced. I finished it in a couple days because I wanted to know what happened! I loved Levine's book Ever, and I cant wait to read The Wish. The two sisters are complete opposites and the ending isn't as perfect as some fairy tales! 10/10
32. Just Listen by Sarah Dessen-This was really good! I don't recommend it for girls under 13-14 because of some content and language but it wasn't worse that any other books by Sarah Dessen. It is about 375 pages (give or take a few) and in a rank of the 4 Sarah Dessen books I have read, it is tied for 2nd place. But if I had to choose it would be 3rd probably (BTW, I will rank all the Sarah Dessen books when I have read them all with one in each place!). The story is set during the school year instead of the Summer like most books by Dessen. It was good character development and the story was so real and compelling! 9/10
33. The Loney Hearts Club by Elizabeth Eulberg- This is one of my favorite books! I think that every girl, ever being in a relationship or not, should read this book! It is about a girl who has sworn off boys for the rest of High School and when others join, things get a little out of hand. Go on an adventure with Penny Lane Bloom and her friends. Tip: Listen to some Beatles music before reading. 10/10
34. Just Ella and Palace of Mirrors by Margaret Peterson Haddix- If you do not have trouble reading books, then get both at the same time. It took me under 24 hours to complete Just Ella and a few days to complete the second one. The stories are so wonderful and unique. If you do have trouble reading or getting interested this is perfect! It is very easy to read, but is still exciting! 10/10
Other Books:
* Bunheads by Sophie Flack
* Dancergirl by Carol M. Tanzman
* The Extraordinary Secrets of April, May and June by Robin Benway

Hair Health 101

Hey everyone! Before I get started, I want to shout out to two people on blogger who wished me a Happy Birthday: Musings of Athena and Show Your True Colors  Thanks guys! I thought that I could do different sections: treatments, shampooing, styling, random. So lets start!
 EVERYDAY:
~Using a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner will be the best thing to reduce frizz.
~An anti-breakage cream will do more than just that. It can make your freshly styled hair look very polished and finished.
 TREATMENTS:
~1 Tablespoon of coconut oil that is melted, and put in to damp hair, makes a wonderful healing treatment. You dont need a lot if you hve short hair. Rub it on your scalp all the way to the ends. Leave it on for 2 hours and shampoo. I dont use conditioner either.
~A mixture of an egg yolk, plain yogurt, and coconut oil applied to the hair for an hour or hour and a half, will be a really moisturizing mask that will make your hair healthy and glossy.
 STYLING:
~Always Use a Heat Protectant!!! Even for blow drying! I use Garnier Fructis Flat Iron Protectant. it is $3.50 @ Walmart and smells amazing. Please use something like this. Everytime I blowdry without, my hair feels brittle and sad. . .
~When using a new styling tool, always try the lowest hat setting and go up until you get the perfect style! less heat = happy hair!
 RANDOM:
~Dont use rubberband or things that could tear your hair out to put it up. If you need to, cut them out, not pull.
~Try to wash your combs and brushes to wash off any product and dirt and nasty stuff on them for cleaner hair! Just fill a bowl with warm water and facial soap and rinse for a few seconds.
I hope enjoyed! Love you guys! <3

14th Birthday!

Hey guys! This birthday was very hectic! It took me this long to make a post about it! I was able to go to Ulta to get the Dark Shadows Palette from Nyx, but the quality was really bad so I didn't.  So I purchased with my birthday money, a different $25 palette, Nude on Nude by Nyx. I am so excited to use this and show you guys looks to use...Tell me, videos or pictures? If I do videos I can post them on YouTube, but pictures are easier to put up...Tell me! Then afterwards, I went to JCPenny's to get a swim suit. The color is a vivid, teal that takes up most of my room (and my nails). It is a halter top with tulle or ruffly stuff on the straps and a gold ring connecting them in the front. Then I got some solid black girl-swim-trunks.
My sweet adorable wonderful little brother got me the E.L.F. 100 Eyeshadow palette which I cant wait to tell you guys about! I will probably bring it to my friends house on the other side of the universe (JK, she's just across the country but it may as well be across the universe. But she got me a Forever 21 gift card! I LOVE HER SO MUCHHHHH!!!!!!!!! (To Robin: I miss you buddy!). Then My brother went to Bath and Body Works and got me 3 things from the "Buy 3 Travel Sizes for $10" section. The fragrances I chose were Dark Kiss, Paris Amour, and Pink Chiffon. They smell so delightful (: and I was gonna get them anyway. (:
My grandparents got me a check for $40 so I bought a straightener at Walmart (InfinitiPRO by Conair) And for a heat protectant, I got Garnier Fructis Flat Iron Heat Protectant at Walmart.
We went swimming and saw the movie Pirates! Band of Misfits. It was really funny! And I hope you guys have a wonderful week and tell me what to write about!

Overveiw and Review-New York Colors

Hey hey hey!  I'm back!  I want to start a new mini series of overviews (collections of one category) and review the products loosely for time and length matters! I will link all the previous O&Rs in the posts, but not this one because it is the first!
  Nail Polish: In a Minute-$1.72 @ Walmart
  • 247 Prince Street- A shimmery purple that is kinda sheer, but layers well. 9/10
  • 296 Water Street Blue- A creamy bright blue (My fav) That only takes two coats to be beautifully opaque. 10/10
  • 206B East Villiage- A shimmery teal that is not as opaque as 296 but more than 247. 9/10
  Nail Polish: Regular-$.93 @ Walmart
  • 105 Starry Silver Glitter- Great for tying together ombre or sponging. hard to get off though. 9/10
  • 146A Love Letters- Perfect for French tips or really nude nails. 10/10
  • 133 Purple Pizzaze Frost- A unique royal purple tye dye kinda color that looks really good! 10/10
  • 112 Times Square Tangerine Creme- This is a neon orange that is kinda weird and turns a gross color ofter a few days...6/10
  Face:
  • Blushable Cream Stick in Big Apple Blush- I love this! It is a gorgeous mauvy kinda pink with no shimmer. The texture is amazing and I highly recommend! 10/10
  • Cover Stick in Yellow- Sometimes it help, sometimes it doesn't. It wears off and creases easily... 5/10
  • Loose Powder in Translucent- The only problem with this is that it irritates my skin on sensitive days. 9/10
  Eyes:
  • Kohl Eye and Brow Pencil in 925 Sable- These aren't my choice eyeliners but I can work with them. 7/10
  • Eyeshadow Color Wheel in Beyond the Sea and Purple Rain- These are soft and pigmented and if you can find them, try them! 10/10
  • Eyeshadow Single in 905 Gossip Girl- A gorgeous pinky champagne that works for the lid or browbone! Not as pigmented as other shadows but it works. 9/10
  Lips:
  • Lip Tins in Sugar Angle, Sugar Baby, Sugar Kiss- These are all kinda sticky and goopy but they moisturize nicely. 7/10
  • Liquid Lip Shine in 555u Iced Orchid- I love this. it is smooth and creamy and one of the best! 10/10
  • Extreme Lip Glider in Park Ave Pink- A beautiful baby pink that glides on and tastes like watermelon 10/10
  • Smooch Proof Lip Stain in Champagne Stain- This does not last. That is what a stain does. It smells, looks and feels great. But it doesn't stay on. 7/10
  • Long Wear Color in Berry Rich- I love this formula! It is creamy, moisturizing, and long wearing! I got this purply shade though, so I don't wear it as much. 10/10
  • Regular $1 in Petal- These smell so bad! They are really sheer but greasy so to get color you need to layer on a bunch but then it is gooping on your lips. 2/10
SO that is my overveiw! Tell me below, what your favorite NYC product is or what you are thinking of buying...Have a good day everyone!h

MyGlam Brushes

Hey! I am back! Meg from Show Your True Colors asked me to do a review on these and so here it is! BTW, I don't always use my own pictures. Sometimes I have to use Google images because if I wait to use a camera, it takes me forever to upload ans then I forget. I would appreciate it if no one left comments on the matter. Thanks!
www.myfindsonline.com
I only have 3 but that is how many have come out. First thing I want to say is that these are really good! The eyeshadow brush is about 2/3 the size of the Elf Essential Eyeshadow brush and I have so much more control! I use it everyday! The fluffy blending brush is bigger than the one I have from Mary Kay and is perfect for blending harsh lines but not so much for applying crease colors. The eyeliner brush isn't stiff but not to flexible either. it is very fine and can make a thin or a thicker line making it good for under the eye!

http://www.everydaymakeupblog.com/
After I washed the fluffy brush once (even with conditioner) it got scratchy! Not unusable but not as silky soft. I haven't washed the others but I hope they don't get scratchy. I do use them every single day and I love them! I hope that they continue to send them out (maybe a pencil brush?). Sadly you cant buy them now but I think they will send out more! Hope you enjoyed! Love you!

Glam Bag! April 2012

So this was MyGlam's last chance on me...I am sad to say that, I will indeed, not be able to try Birchbox, because they have won me back! They had a gorgeous bag, great products and wonderful brushes!
picture found at http://www.minaslater.com/
The Bag: It is a shiny, metallic baby pink like the packaging of the first Glam Bag. I love it! It is my second favorite (1st is February)
The Contents: No Coupons!!! Thank you for finally listening to us!
~ All-Belle Eyelashes: These are supposed to be really comfortable and comes with a, supposedly, good glue. I cant wait to wear these because none of the eyelashes I have tried are good.
~ DermStore Lip Quench-Moisture Infused Lip Treatment: This smells so good! It also works really well! Any signs of chapped lips were gone after using this once! Have you tried it?
~ Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-on Eye Pencil in Radium: Happy day. I have been wanting to try this eyeliner for such a long time but I dont want to spend $18 on it! Now I can Compare formulas to the Nyx Slide-on Eyeliners before buying a full sized one of the Urban Decay version.
~ MyGlam All-Over Eyeshadow Brush: I love the MyGlam brushes! They are pink and black and have really soft bristles. This is smaller than the average eyeshadow brush but that is really good because theya re usually big.
~ MyGlam Eyeliner Brush: An angled eyeliner brush is not what I need! But it is perfect for eyeliner because it is not thick but not too flimsy. I really enjoy these! Cant wait for more!

Thank you for reading and tell me if you want reviews! <3-

Haul 21-Needs and Sales

So, I bought most of these with my own money except a few things! Tell me if you want a review or something. I will do a nail polish collection after my birthday. It is towards the end of April so by May 1st!
 NYX: ULTA
*Mega Shine Gloss in Sugar Pie-A perfect shimmery nude color for smokey eyes.
*Mega Shine Gloss in Nude Pink-great creamy (no shimmer) gloss for everyday. I compared it to Beige and this one is a little better for now.
*Mega Shine Gloss in Golden Pink-a deeper pink with a golden shimmer and glimmer! Wonderful to spice up a plain look.h
*Jumbo Eye Pencil in Lime-a universal green to use with mineral eye shadows. This and the next are the only ones I could find with wood instead of plastic.
*Jumbo Eye Pencil in Strawberry Milk-Perfect for intense color that stands out.
*Eyeshadow Trio in TS15 Aloha/Mink Brown/Deep Bronze-So soft and creamy with beautiful colors. This looks similar to Cover Girl's Shimmering Sands I think (I don't have it).
*Ultra Pearl Mania Eyeshadow in Oro Pearl-a gorgeous bronzey gold without glitter but it looks metallic!
ESSENCE: ULTA
*Regular Liquid Eyeliner-I don't have any liquid eyeliner so this extremely matte black is great to try since I needed to get one.
BOOKS: SAM'S CLUB
*The Hunger Games Trio by Suzanne Collins-I love these books and I got them all hard back for $31.54! How cool is that! I needed them!
ELF: WALMART
*Studio Blush Brush- The one I had made my face hurt so I decided to get the studio brand from Elf that is really soft.
*Studio Complexion Brush- the same story for the two powder brushes I have. It looks really fluffy!
So that is my haul and I just want to say, Happy Easter everyone!

Eyebrows By Essence

Sorry everyone! I have not been posting that often and I hope I can kick it up a notch. I have had writers block and couldnt think of anything to write until now! I have been using the same eyebrow routine for a while now and wanted to share because it is really good for me!
I dont over pluck my eyebrows (if anything I need to do it more often). I have some thinner parts and some that are really thick. it looks rediculous in my opinion. To fill them in, my entire routine costs about $2. The two Essence products I use are the Eyebrow Designer Pencil ($1) and the Clear Brow and Lash Gel ($1). These are at Ulta and I dont need a comb because the pencil has one!
The gel is optional but it is what makes it so I dont have to touch up my brows throughout the day.
But honestly this is the coolest packaging ever. Totally. It last long and If I am in a hurry, I can use just this because it has a good effect but lasts longer and applies faster that the pencil. What are your favorite eyebrow products? Inexpensive or not? Do you want full out reviews on these? Love YOU~~~!!!!

Haul-20 Ulta, Walgreens, Walmart

Howdy Hey Hey! I just went to Ulta and Walgreens and found some AWESOME deals! So if you want any reviews or tutorials using these, just comment or email me at pandasrbeautiful@gmail.com . Here we go!
   WALGREENS:
*Wet 'n' Wild has been having kits with $5 worth of stuff for $2.99 that include 1. eyeshadow trio and mascara, 2. one ea. of Mega Last , Wild Shine, and Fast Dry nail polish (the FD is always Party of 5 Glitters, the others depend), 3. A clear Mega Shine Lipgloss and a Mega Last Lip Color (cream, not matte). I got the eyeshadow/mascara combo because I wanted another trio and I loved their MegaPlump Mascara (review). The trio in in Sweet as Candy.
   ULTA:
*The Maybelline Eyebrow pencil SUCKED! So as I was rifling through the clearance I found this Essence pencil (full price) for $1! It is in 03 Light Brown and it matches perfectly!
*In the clearance I found two lipsticks from Rimmel London Lasting Finish in 170 Alarm and 006 Pink Blush. They are gorgeous shades that match me perfectly and the 50% off tag makes it all the sweater!
*Revlon Color Burst Lip Butter in Sweet Tart is a beautiful fushia pink color without any shimmer which is nice because I have a bunch of shimmery lipsticks.
*Revlon Super Lusturous Lip Gloss in Coral Reef is the perfect coral shade! It is not really warm or cool and it is not glittery or really sheer. It is a nice pigmentation without being over CORALY on your lips. The scent reminds me of really good smelling expensive makeup...It also lasts realy well on top of the lip butter!
   WALMART:
*L'Oreal Paris Ever Creme Shampoo and Conditioner. I found these on sale for $4.25 ea. instead of $5.75! They smell good and cant wait until I can use it!

Katniss Everdeen Makeup is Like Mine!

Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) for the Hunger Games

In this picture, I thought that she looked alot like how I do my own makeup! Rosey blush, bolder and glossy lips, lots of mascara, black winged eyeliner and filled in brows. I think that she is so gorgeous in this picture even though I DIDNT SEE THE MOVIE!!! I might see it today but I dont know! All my friends saw it because there was like one movie theater that wasnt sold out and I didnt check because my mom said that they would be. I thought they were to but I was so stupid for not checking!!! ANywho, I love Jenn and I thought that it was cool about our similar makeup looks!
Love you guys so much!

The Daily Routine

Hello bloggers! I have been using the same things for a while now, makeup wise, and decided to show you! All pictures are found on Google.
So first things first, I cover my problem spots (not my under eye circles) with a wonderful stick concealer from Cover Girl. Their Smothers concealer in light matches my skin tone so well its uncanny! Then I just blend away with my finger.
This is the concealer that I use under my eyes! I apply with my fingers and blend with them too.

Then I set the concealer under my eyes and around my nose with Maybelline Mineral Power Powder Foundation with a fluffy blending brush.
To even out the light concealer and to fix the texture of my skin, I use the ALmay Smart SHade Foundation in Light. Just a pea size amount will work to makeup your face flawless!
Blush is differnt, I change every day.
This base is perfect for the eyes and can be a primer or worn alone. The color brightens and looks great on all eyes!
I fill in and define my brows with this pencil that lasts all day. For extra stying power, use a clear mascara over it. I am in Light or Dark Blonde but I forgot...
This one dollar eyeliner pen from E.L.F is amazing! The felt tip is easy to use and the black is very saterated. It's even water proof!
For mascara, I use either Tarte Lights, Camera, Lashes or L'Oreal Voluminous Carbon Black. Lips are either E.L.F. Super GLosy Lip Shine in Goddess or Bonne Bell lipLITES in Very Berry Cherry.

Hope you enjoyed! Coment on the post, follow for more tips and email me at pandasrbeautiul@gmail.com with requests (shout out w/ requests)!

Yummy Nummy! Meatloaf Burgers

Hello lovelies!  My mom always likes to cook meat in bulk and then freeze it for later. For ground beef, my mom always makes a meatloaf recipe.  Then she does not just use it for meatloaf (10 lbs of meatloaf...ugh), she makes burgers!  It is a great way to mix it up and add some flavor to your meal!

For a side dish, steamed veggie normandy with broccoli, carrots, and calliflower are great with salt, pepper, garlic and butter.  Iced Green Tea with lemon juice really tops this meal off!

So give Grilled Meatloaf Burgers a try and tell me what you think!  Love you guys and keep cooking!

Review: Hard Candy Take-It-Off Makeup Remover Wipes

25 Wipes 7.9 in x 5.9 in (20 cm x 15 cm)
Price: $5 @ Walmart
Claims: These wipes remove long-wearing and water-proof makeup in one easy step. Efficiently cleanses skin while refreshing and moisturizing. No rinsing needed. All skin types.
My Thoughts:
The pink black and white packaging is extremely cute but practical. The secure clasp keeps the wipes moist and ready for removal! The clasp can be difficult to open but it ensures being closed in your suitcase or bag. When you open the clasp there is a sticker keeping the moisture in just in case.

When I open a new product, I smell it right away! The perfume that came to mind was Princess by Vera Wang, aka my favorite perfume of all time! Already a plus from me! There is no irritation on the eyes and removed the waterproof and extremely black mascara that nothing else could completely remove. When it says that it is the only step that you need, they are right! You can get by with just this which makes it easy for travel in cars of planes or when you don't want to spend 20 minutes on you skin care at a sleepover!
Botton Line: 10/10
This is so amazing and cheap that I can't imagine why someone wouldn't try it!

Glam Bag! March 2012

In the March Glam Bag, I am really surprised!
1. First, and the best, is a brush case with a blending brush with a pink handle. It is really dense and thick!
2. Keracolor Natural Color Enhancing Leave-in Treatment. It is supposed to enhance highlights in you hair.
3. Murad Hybrids Absolute Bronzing Boost with SPF 15. It isn't orangy in the swatch i made so I am a little exited to use this!
4. Dermstore.com Gift Card for $25. There are 3 catches. You need a cart full of $50 or more to use this and it expires really soon and you cant get stuff from certain brands...Gift Cards twice in a row...
5. Murads Hybrids Eye Lift Protector. Just a mini sample.
6. pur-lisse spf 30 daily moisturizer. Another mini.
I love all the Glam Girls but I didn't even get an email saying they were going to charge me! They better get these things better or I will probably cancel my subscription...

Fresh Paint: Lilac and Mint

340 Mint Sorbet on the left and 270 Lacey Lilac on the right
I love these Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear nail polishes! They are super pigmented and long wearing without being streaky or splotchy.  They are available at Target and Walmart and are under $5.
On my right hand I have Mint Sorbet on four of my fingers and Lacey Lilac in the ring finger nail.

My left hand had the opposite to balance out the look. What nail polish are you wearing?

Lip Balm Goodness

Here are the BEST lip balms that I own! Now that Spring is around the corner, I am going to go for the more natural and stained lips instead of lipstick or gloss as much. But with the stains, I need a lip balm. Here are my suggestions and I would love to hear from you guys! I love and use these all so much!

~Softlips: I actually got a value pack for $3 for 3 at Target with two vanilla and a pearl. Then I got a pack at Big Lots with Cherry and Serene which is a slightly less pearly and more glimmer then the regular pearl (FYI, the Cherry is clear). I love how thin and glossy but still lip balm-y they are!
~EOS Lip Sphere: I only have one but I wish that I had...more! they are so cute and make an adorable decoration on your dresser or desk or night stand! I have Honeydew & Honeysuckle and I am in love!
~Nivea: I have tried the original and I have about 5 and then my mom tried the Milk and Honey and we both love that one! It has lots of SPF and really feels protected! Then I tried the Mint and Minerals and I cant tell you girls how much I use this! I use this at least twice a day when I do my makeup and skincare but it also evens the tone of your lips! I cant wait to try the Pink Shimmer!
~Lip Smackers: Who doesn't love these??? The ones with pink or red actually kinda tin my lips and they are cute and the smell amazing! I want to get the Soda or Candy pack and a Biggie!
~Vasaline Lip Therapy: I use this when I cant find a gloss that matches something or if my lips are chapped but the gloss I want dries it out. Also it is just oily (not that much) enough to blot and put a lipstick over without it being all gross looking.

Well that is it! I hope you enjoyed!

Positively Pampering: Freeman Beauty Masks

I have two masks in full size from Freeman and I wanted to tell you girls what I love about them!  The one on the left is the Peel Off Cucumber mask and the one on the right is the Avocado Oatmeal Clay Mask, which was my first.  They are 6 fl oz. each and are $4 at Freeman beauty's website and around $3 at Walmart.
This is the Cucumber Peel Off and it is a clear gel that you spread on your face, wait 10-15 minutes and peel off. I love this because it vidibly reuces the size of pores, cleans and clarifies. It smells sweet and refreshing but if you dont like cucumber then this will not smell good! You dont need a lot so this should last a while! I havent made a dent in mine yet! And yes it does peel!
The clay mask is really nice! It is a greenish white clay kind of material and you spread it on not really thick but a generous amount. Wait 10-15 minutes and your face should be green! You wash it off and moisturize after either of these so make sure that your skin is beautiful all day and in the future!

I have 2 others so let me know if you want to hear about those too!

Haul 19-Maybelline

At Ulta, there was a buy 2, get 1 free dealio and I also had a $3.50 off of $10 so I went remembering the 3 things I wanted. So I got them for $15+tax!

  1. Dream Bouncy Blush in 10 Pink Frosting- One word: gorgeous. It is opalescent and pink and bright but sheer and the texture feels amazing! I cant wait to use it tomorrow!

  2. 24hr Color Tattoo Eyeshadow in 05 Too Cool- Now I really, really, really wanted Bold Gold but Ulta was out...So I looked for Bad to the Bronze and guess what? That was out as well. This one was the last of the Too Cools so I was lucky! But I will get the other two for sure because this is so wonderful...

  3. Define-a-Brow Eyebrow Pencil in 647 Light Blonde- This was the free item which is good because it is $2 more that Walmart and I think that is really weird...I think that this will work but if you want me to do a review, go ahead and comment or email me!

Glam Bag! February 2012

The bag is hot pink fuchsia with a bunch of little black hearts! So cute!
  • The first thing is a $100 gift card to Nu Me Styling Tools. The sad thing is that the cheapest thing is $150...And it expires!
  • Freeman Facial Hydration Mask with Goji Berry. It is just a sample but I love Freeman!
  • Premier(by Dead Sea Premiere) Cinderella Mask and Serum. they reduce fine lines and wrinkles but I don't have them so they are going to my mom.
  • X Out Shine Control. I don't know it this is primer or something but I have never heard of this brand. Do you guys like it?
  • NYX Roll On Shimmer in Light Blue. This is so good! I cant wait to try it and it is glittery but not chunky and I don't get fallout! Best part of the whole bag!
SO this bag kinda disappointed me but that is okay because I get the cute bag! And a few awesome things! Have you tried any of these products?

IN'S:

  • Mineral Makeup-I have been using Maybelline Mineral Powder Powder Foundation to set L'Oreal True Match Foundation. So pretty!

  • Puzzles-My little brother started a 1000 piece puzzle with kitties and it is so difficult but fun to pass the time!

  • My New Cat!-Her name is Muffin and we resqued her. She is probably under 1 year old and is so skinny it makes me want to cry. She has pumpkin eyes and gray and orange coloring! So gorgeous!

OUT'S:

  • Snow+Cars-The snow here has been aweful...One of my cars had to be towed and repaired and it was really anoying...

  • Hurting Joints-My knees ache...Do very, very much. It is even hard to go up and down stairs!

That is it! Much love!

Review: Wet 'n' Wild MegaPlump Mascara

I got this in a kit from WNW a while ago at Walgreens. It had the I'm Getting Sunburned trio, a Mega Shine gloss, the Color Icon eyeliner in Black, and this. This mascara is amazing. It is not waterproof but it doesn't flake, smudge or come off during the day easily. The brush is reasonably sized and works well with my lashes. It is almost gone which is sad but the fact that it is still there is amazing! I use this everyday, and when I got over to friends houses! I would love to purchase the full size, water proof one soon!

Pros: pigmented, good brush, inexpensive, lasts long, lengthens and volumizes!
Cons: I would day that it isn't waterproof but it is not so that doesn't count...I might reapply during the day but only on active ones.

Drugstore Foundation Overview

Happy National Weatherperson's Day! <----- *look it up* I didn't really know what to do today so I thought that it would be fun to "talk". Drugstore foundations. The only kinds I have used. Here are the ones that I have right now and you tell me which ones you have and what you think!
  • Maybelline Dream Liquid Mousse in Porcelain Ivory. a very lightweight, clean look and feel while still having some fairly good coverag. This is my favorite foundation to use as a tinted moistuizer to lighten it up.
  • L'Oreal True Match Liquid Foundation in C1. Super blendable and nice and it lookes even better with the maybelline Dream Liquid Mousse. I like using a brush because if you dont it looks streaky and uneven. if I need a good foundation, I go to this one!
  • Cover Girl Clean Liquid Foundation in 225 Buff Beige. THis is way to dark for me becasue it is for dance recitles so it has to be darker or my face would look pastey white.
  • Almay Smart Shade Foundation in 100. This is more like a tinted moistuizer that is perfect for school because you can blend it with your fingers! And it looks good that way! I would reperchase.
  • Maybelline Fit Me Powder Foundation in 125. This is a powder foundation because the color is darker than what I would be. It is not as pigmented and is probably perfect for setting the liquid, which I dont have. It is really light and doesnt last long on its own so I only use it for setting or at home days. I dont think that I would reperchase.
