Review: Wet 'n' Wild MegaPlump Mascara

I got this in a kit from WNW a while ago at Walgreens. It had the I'm Getting Sunburned trio, a Mega Shine gloss, the Color Icon eyeliner in Black, and this. This mascara is amazing. It is not waterproof but it doesn't flake, smudge or come off during the day easily. The brush is reasonably sized and works well with my lashes. It is almost gone which is sad but the fact that it is still there is amazing! I use this everyday, and when I got over to friends houses! I would love to purchase the full size, water proof one soon!

Pros: pigmented, good brush, inexpensive, lasts long, lengthens and volumizes!
Cons: I would day that it isn't waterproof but it is not so that doesn't count...I might reapply during the day but only on active ones.

Review: SallyGirl Mascara-Brown

SALLY GIRL MASCARA IN BROWN-$0.99

This is a mini mascara that is about 2 1/2 inches long. It does flake a little and can clump but it is extremely workable, even on the go! I bought this to see if I liked brown mascara and I do! It looks really natural especially if it is paired with charcoal eyeliner! Weird, I know. I wouldn't say that this gave noticeable volume or extreme length, but it does cover the lashes evenly and opens the eyes. This quality makes it perfect if you are going for the "naturally flawless" look.

The wand is not long or short, but just right! The head is a spiral which makes it kinda like a comb, dividing each lash from the others. it started out dry when I first got this but then it got wetter....?

Pros: No large clumps, extreme dry or wetness, or other bad stuff. Separates lashes and coats them evenly

Cons: Not long wearing and can flake. I have to reapply throughout the day.

7.5/10

I think that for 99 cents, go get it, try it out and if you don't like it then it was less that a dollar!

Review: CoverGirl Lash Blast Length Mascara

COVER GIRL LASH BLAST LENGTH (waterproof) MASCARA

Cover Girl, you have done it again! Made a wonderful mascara! This is really waterproof! The only time it came off was when I was rubbing my eyes every time I came out of the water in a pool...This doesnt clump, flake, or become droopy after a few hours. It holds curl longer than my Wet n wild Megaplump and evenly coat my lashes from root to tip, defining every lash! The only down side is that the actual head of the wand is extremly long and my mom didnt like it.

The bristles are rubber and evenly spaced. The container itself is a telescope shape that fits easily into tight spaces unlike the Lash Blast Volume. I usually use about 2 coats but it does give volume at 3.

Pros: thin packaging, doesnt clump, not dry or too wet, lengthens really well

Cons: large wand, but workable

Review: CoverGirl Lash Blast Volume Mascara

COVER GIRL LASH BLAST VOLUME

This is a review that i have to do from memory because I had to through this away! It is one thing that I really want to repurchase! It was not clumpy, not dry, not too wet! The brush is a monster and has rubber bristles that separate and coat the lashes evenly. This mascara really made my entire face look bright because it was so gorgeous. Because this is a drugstore mascara, it is fairly cheap and lasted me 4-5 months because it didn't dry out. I didn't use it every day so don't hate on me!

I abso-lutley loooved this! The only thing is that the awkward shape and it doesn't fit in some places. Thus it is difficult to pack :(

Pros: lots of volume! and length too! Really transformed my lashes, long wearing, no flaking, no clumping, evenly spaced lashes.

Cons: Th shape of the bottle is really weird and doesn't fit in some places..and it doesn't hold curl as well as others.

OMG! No More Makeup?!?!?

Thats right people. I am not going to buy any makeup for 9-12 months! I started the first of this month and forgot to tel you...But my mom and besties don't think that I can pull this off, so I guess I can prove them wrong...lol So I will explain what I may and may not buy.

May Buy: I can still buy stuff like nail polish (not makeup), hair products (not makeup), and tools of any sort. I will accept gifts and stuff (not that I am asking) because I don't want to be rude. I may also buy lip balm and skin care.

May Not Buy: makeup as in lipsticks, lipgloss, primers, mascara (Ikd how this will work; both of mine are 2 months old.....), eyebrow stuff, eyeliner, etc. Ummm...Soooo....Yeeeaahh....lol

So this is my idea and it started September 1 but I kept on forgetting to post it! luv yall

Make the Most of Your: Mascara

How to Make the Most of Your Mascara:
lashblast_luxe_mascara_1.jpg
If your mascara is 3 months old but there is till a lot left in the tube, go ahead a use it but not from root to tip.  You can apply it on just the upper thirds of your lashes so it does not touch your skin. This is what i did today and my eye pain has gone away! so if you are like me and dont want to buy a new mascara, especially if you promised yourself that you would not buy makeup for 8-9 months, then this tip will definatlly help you save that cash! Make sure you try this with the more high end and department store brand so that you save A LOT! luv you giis! Tell me what to do in the comments!
