STEPS:
- Brown meat and onions and add spices like garlic, onion powder, and other mexican style spices.
- Cut lettuce larger than shreds but smaller than pieces.
- Peel the cucumber and wash the peppers; cut into bite size pieces and put in bowl.
- Shred the cheese.
- After serving some, add a bit of meat and cheese and a dallop of Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
